Salary: €60k Per Annum
As Marketing Manager you will play a pivotal role in leading our offline and online marketing strategy and brand positioning. Hands on experience with platforms like Klaviyo, Shopify, TikTok and skills like graphic design will help immensely with your application.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage e-commerce platforms Shopify and Tiktok Shop
- Manage our affiliates and creators with care
- Lead marketing for promotions, campaigns, and new product launches and initiate new incentives and strategies to drive sales
- Manage our various 'always on' email marketing campaigns with Klaviyo
- Plan and execute paid and organic marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other digital channels.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase traffic, conversion rates, and overall online sales
- Work with the wider team on our social strategy, help with content strategy, scheduling, creation and implementation
- Create a customer loyalty and community programme
- Manage our various creator, pro-mua and affiliate programmes
- Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights
Qualifications and Skills:
Education:
- A qualification in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field is preferred but not essential
Experience and Skills
- Experience at mid-level beauty marketing is preferred
- Experience managing shopify for e-commerce brands
- Strong knowledge of platforms like klaviyo and TikTok Shop
