Graphic Designer (Hybrid, Flexible Hours)

We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join our team. As our workload continues to grow, we are seeking someone who can become a consistent and reliable part of the business, supporting a wide range of creative projects across product, retail, and digital platforms.

This is a hybrid role with flexible working hours.

About the Role

This position is ideal for a designer who enjoys variety and wants to work across multiple creative areas, including product design, retail, branding, and social media. We are looking for someone we can confidently brief and trust to manage projects from concept through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Product design and packaging development

- Creating marketing materials

- Store and retail design concepts

- Social media graphics and digital content

- Supporting overall brand consistency across all touchpoints

What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience in graphic design across product, retail, and digital

- Experience creating professional presentations and brand guidelines

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Working Hours

We offer flexible working arrangements. Hours and structure can be agreed during the application process.

Location

This is a hybrid position, with a mix of remote working and in-person collaboration as required.
